Hello! I just recently downloaded ShapeShop and have had 2 major problems. Firstly, the software wouldn't install because of corrupt files. I redownloaded and all went well. Now, when I try to draw something, either with my pen or the mouse, the program crashes as soon as I end the line.

What to do?

Are you using an AMD (Athlon) Processor? The current version requires an Intel processor. I will shortly be releasing a beta version of the next release which will support Athlons...

Oops! Yes, I am. I bought this puter because of the Athelon processor. I had problems with the Intel one on former machines.

I guess I will wait for the new version.

Thanks!!!!!

Hello!

I just downladed and installed the new Beta version. (Yes, I uninstalled the old one, or should  I have left it?)

Anyhoo, the same thing happened: crash.

What to do now?

Please try the new installer (I just posted it). If that doesn't work, could you take a screenshot of your error message, or type in what it says?
Thanks,

I'm not seeing anything in your post. Maybe you could e-mail it to me? rms@unknownroad.com .  Thanks.

Hello!

I attached screenshots of both error messages. The window with the data on it shows a lot of info, but I am unable to save or copy it. I'm sure that this info will help you, I you can see it. I tried going to the temp folder where Windows said it was, but alas, it wasn't!

Any suggestions?

I've no problem installing Shapeshopb5 and even running the installed program, but when I tried opening files, it crashed. Is there a compatibility issue with Windows 7? This is the OS that I am using.
